1. Post could be a verb meaning to put up, as in ‘I must POST this on the board.’. 2. Post could be a noun meaning a thing on a blog, as in ‘Look at this POST on the blog.’, 3. it could also be a noun meaning a long pole used to hold up roofs and such, as in ‘Look at these POSTS holding up the bank!’. 4. It could also be an adjective, such as in ‘POST office’. 5. It could also be in a word such as goalPOST, but I’m not getting into that. SOME THINGS FROM AN ONLINE DICTIONARY. THANK YOU.
